Who we are

What we collect

• Details you send us through the enquiry form or by email, phone or WhatsApp — name, contact details, travel dates, party size and anything else you choose to tell us.
• Information needed to make bookings on your behalf: passenger names as they appear on passports, dates of birth, passport numbers, and any dietary, medical or mobility requirements you share.
• Standard technical data from your visit: IP address, browser, pages viewed. We use this only in aggregate.

Why we hold it

To answer your enquiry, to design and cost your trip, and to make bookings with hotels, airlines, guides and transport operators. Where you have given us health or dietary information, we use it only to make the arrangements you have asked for.

Who we share it with

Only the suppliers needed to deliver your trip — the specific hotels, airlines, guides and transport operators on your itinerary — and, where the law requires it, government authorities. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records for three years. Booking and financial records for eight years, as Indian tax law requires. You can ask us to delete anything we are not legally obliged to keep.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email vraimentholidays@gmail.com and we will respond within thirty days.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies WordPress needs to function. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will note the date at the top and, for anyone with a live booking, tell you directly.
